Udawalawa National Park
Sri Lanka

I visited this area in December 2016.

This national park is mainly known for it's elephant population. With so many elephants, this gives one a chance to watch behaviours, and see a range of individuals from large males, to mothers, to young ones. Other mammals include water buffalo.

There are many water holes throughout the park, and this attracts a range of birds.
